What the base price includes

The official pricing page says the core plans include unlimited contacts/users and core platform features. Starter supports three sub-accounts. Unlimited adds unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access and phone/email rebilling without markup. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, markup rebilling, user/agent reporting and advanced API access.

Costs beyond the subscription

Do not budget from the headline subscription alone. HighLevel’s billing guide documents separate or usage-based charges for areas including phone, email, AI products, premium workflow executions and various add-ons. Real cost depends on which services you enable and how heavily they are used.

Which plan fits which model

  • Starter: core platform and three sub-accounts are enough.
  • Unlimited: client-account count is the constraint.
  • Agency Pro: SaaS Mode, automated account creation, markup rebilling or deeper API access are part of the business model.

Bottom line

Pick the lowest plan that supports the operating model you actually need, then model phone, email, AI and premium usage separately.
