Editorial Policy

Our goal is to make software decisions clearer without manufacturing experience, ratings or certainty.

Primary sources for unstable product facts. No fake hands-on claims.

Primary-source rule

Pricing, plan names, feature availability, trials and affiliate terms are unstable commercial facts. We verify them against first-party product or support documentation when drafting or materially updating a page.

No fake testing

We do not write “we tested”, “we used”, conversion claims, revenue claims or performance guarantees unless supporting evidence exists. A research-based review is written as research, not fictional hands-on experience.

Comparisons

A comparison should identify different operating models, not force every competitor into one score. Pricing structures, contact limits, seats, usage fees, onboarding and add-ons can make simplistic tables misleading.

Corrections

Software changes quickly. If a factual claim is out of date, we update the existing page when the search intent is unchanged rather than creating a duplicate article.
